I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and very modern for Bali standards, which I absolutely loved. The connected twin room for our 8-month-old baby was a game-changer, making our stay so convenient. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to help, even assisting my mother with airport transportation. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach. While the lack of sunlight by the pool was a bit of a downside, everything else was fantastic!

The staff here were like family – so friendly, helpful, and professional. They even assisted with my mother's airport transport when I had to leave early for work. Impressive!

I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right in the heart of Sanur town, close to everything we needed. The array of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby made exploring a breeze.

The dining experience was tasty with plenty of choice. However, I found the prices a bit on the expensive side, and the restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere.
